Same day click and collect is now available from our Cheltenham, Dandenong, Frankston, Nunawading and Pakenham Vape shops!

To further help our awesome customers in these troubling times we've created a click & collect option on our website for those who want to collect their orders from our Pakenham shops! Unlike some large chains at the moment our click and collect service is very fast, we usually have an order ready within minutes of receiving it!

Click and collect is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 until 5:30

How To Do A Super Fast Click & Collect Order

Important things to note:

• You can’t enter the store, a contactless click and collect station will be installed at the door to ensure we're all safe (no longer applicable now that stage 4 restrictions have ended).
• To make it fair as we may have a queue, we recommend placing your order online in advance.
• If your order is not collected it may be cancelled / refunded unless you have contacted us.

Please note that ID will be required upon receipt of your order to verify both identity and age (our products are 18+ only). If you require someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need to bring ID and your unique pickup reference code (sent to you in the "your order is ready for collection" notification email).
