MELBOURNE VAPE SHOP UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2021

As lockdown moves into September we thought we would update our customers as to whats happening at Wick and Wire Co and all of our melbourne vape stores located across Melbourne in Cheltenham, Dandenong, Frankston, Nunawading and Pakenham.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused, the health and well-being of you, our valued vape family, and of course our staff, remain our highest priority during these times.

We hope to be back soon for walk in trade to service the people of Melbourne. Until then here is a list of options we have available to keep Melbourne Vaping!

CLICK AND COLLECT / PHONE ORDERS

Contactless pickup is available from our vape shops in Cheltenham, Dandenong, Frankston, Nunawading and Pakenham and ready within minutes during operating hours and we are open Monday to Saturday.  Alternatively you can call your favourite store and place a phone order and pay at pickup!

AUSPOST & SAME-DAY DELIVERY ORDERS

During this time, we will continue to offer the normal AusPost shipping options as well as our world famous in Victoria same-day delivery option free for orders over $150. To learn more about same day delivery times click here.

We have started to notice that regular post from Auspost has started to see some delays so we highly suggest using Express Post or one of the other options we provide for shipping if delays are a concern for you.

Please note that same-day deliveries can only be given to the specified recipient, ID will be required upon receipt of your order to verify both identity and age (our products are 18+ only). If the intended recipient is unavailable or underage the items will be automatically returned to us at your cost.

While the stores are closed to walk in sales, we will still be offering phone and email support for all our customers and vapers who need assistance. Plus we have live chat turned back on our website to assist in customer enquiries or if you are needing a hand with your order!
