When will Wick & Wire Co open fully?

As per advice from the Victorian Government, retail will open up again beginning this Wednesday the 28th of October 2020. This means from this date onward you will be able to enter our vape shops again and shop normally. So welcome back, we can't wait to see you back in our Melbourne vape shops!

What safety measures are in place?

• We'll have limits on how many customers can be in the shops at any time, please view the signage before entering.
• Our shops have undergone deep cleans and will be cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis.
• Hand sanitising stations will be available for all customers and staff at each shop.
• Masks must be worn in the shops.
• Please exercise social distancing.
• Hygiene screens are being installed at the shops.

What about click and collect, and same-day delivery?

These shipping options will still be available. Whether you need a quick delivery of coils or juice, or just like the ability to place your order online, you'll be covered.

Please note that deliveries can only be given to the specified recipient, ID will be required upon receipt of your order to verify both identity and age (our products are 18+ only). If the intended recipient is unavailable or underage the items will be automatically returned to us.
