The team at Wick and Wire Co would like to thank everyone who took the time to participate in our customer survey last year. We gained some very valuable information that we've used to put together a plan to improve your experience when shopping with us, whether it be in-store at one of our Melbourne vape shops, or online via our website.

What have we already done?

So far we've implemented the following improvements:

• We've increased the diversity of flavours in our range to accommodate different tastes.
• We've expanded our range of hardware to give you better choices.
• We've begun implementing upgrades to our shop locations.
• We've added stock levels on a per-shop basis to our website so you have a better idea of what's available at each location.

What are we planning to do?

Improvements we have planned:

• We'll further increase flavour diversity to give you even more choice.
• We'll further expand our hardware range so there are more options to suit everyone.
• We'll tweak the website to improve your experience while browsing.
• We'll make it easier for you to get support when you need it.
• We'll introduce better out-of-stock notifications.
• We'll add more tutorials to make life as a new vaper easier.
