Before you email us, some things to note...
We update our stock levels daily, usually before 6pm. If there is something you would like that isn't available, please register your interest via the product page and you will be emailed when it is back in stock.
If a product says it is out of stock, then it is out of stock. If it is out of stock online, then chances are it will also be out of stock in our stores. We don't have magical stock tree hidden out the back, trust us, we've looked.
New release products will have an ETA put on when they will be delivered. No ETA means that we are waiting to hear from our suppliers and we won't be able to answer your question. Please check the product listing for an ETA before emailing us, no ETA means we will not be able to advise you when this will be in stock.
If you can't find the brand you are looking for on our website, we don't sell it. We also don't sell anything that can be used for dry herbs or anything containing nicotine. Please don't ask us for this, as refusal often offends.
Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm.
Emails are answered in the order they are received. If you email again before we respond to your initial request, you will be put at the back of the queue, not answered faster.
All orders once placed are final, please check your order before placing it. Once an online order has been placed we cannot change the colour, style, resistance or quantities of items you have purchased, as orders are processed before Customer Service hours start.
