I live locally, can I pick my order up?
No. Online orders are processed separately from purchases in store at an offsite facility and in-store pickup is not available.
You can visit one of our retail stores to purchase items or alternatively we offer free postage Australia wide for orders over $100 and cheaper shipping for orders under this amount. Alternatively you can call us and we can hold an item for 24 hours.
I sent you an email, why haven't you responded to me straight away?
We receive over 1200 emails a day. Please be patient and allow up to 2 weekdays days for a response. Emails are answered in the order they are received, Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm. If you email then email again before we have responded, your initial email moves to the back of our queue so bear this in mind.
What’s my tracking number?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Your order can be tracked via http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. Most orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched the same day.

Please note that if you select the express post option but have batteries as part of your order, this will be sent via regular post instead due to Australia Post regulations.
All parcels sent will include up to $100 cover if something happens to go missing or is damaged in transit. If your parcel is over $100 in value we will insure your parcel for the correct value.
How long does postage take?
Regular Parcel Post can take up to 5 working days for metro areas and 6-8 working days for areas classed as rural by Australia Post. You can check the ETA on parcels shipped from us (postcode 3192) to you via http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-times.html?ilink=tools-open-deliv-times . This timeframe is from the parcel being sent from us to you, and you will be provided with a tracking number once the order is shipped.
Express Post orders can take up to 3 working days depending on where you live, and up to 8 days if you're outside of a metro area. If you are not in a metro area please note that Australia Post do not guarantee that the Express Post service is faster than regular postage, and your parcel will not arrive the next day if you are outside a metro area.
All orders are sent with Signature so if you're not going to be home during the day but need your purchase please consider having it sent to a work address instead.
How much does shipping to New Zealand cost?
We now ship orders within New Zealand for hardware not including batteries which we cannot ship internationally due to CASA restrictions. Please note that internationally shipped items are not trackable online however you will receive the con-note number for this once sent. For orders over $75, we require items to be sent via Registered mail and cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit if you choose the Airmail only option.

No. Under Australian Law the sale of nicotine is prohibited unless licensed and breaches of the law carry up to a $140,000 fine. Please do not ask us to supply nicotine as refusal often offends (and we don't even own any personal nicotine liquid ourselves).

Do your eliquids contain nuts or soy?
Whilst all care is taken our concentrate manufacturers have informed us that all concentrates may contain traces of tree nut, soy or dairy products.
