How To Do A Super Fast Click And Collect Order

At Wick and Wire Co we offer Click & Collect at our 4 stores across Melbourne with a wide range of items available for purchase online.

How it works. 

When shopping online and you find a product you like, you will see a list of locations where the item is avaiable for pick up. 

Once you have confirmed that your choosen item is available at a location of your choice, click then "Add to Cart". 

Confirm that the quantity is correct and then click "Checkout".

On the "Delivery Method" enter your email address and click the "Pickup" option. Under "Pickup locations", select the location that is most convinent for you for pick up and then click "Continue to payment"

On the Payment page,confirm that your email address and Pickup location is correct then enter your payment details and billing address then click "Pay now".

Once the payment has been processed, you will get to the order confirmation page with your Pickup location listed at the bottom. 

You will also receive a confirmation email/SMS letting you know its ready for collection. When collecting your order, please bring your confirmation email and ID.
