We are offering full time, part time and casual positions in the following positionsĀ
Retail AssistantĀ
- Working at one of our Melbourne vape store locations in, Cheltenham, Dandenong, Frankston, Nunawading and Pakenham
- Helping customers at all levels of vaping, with a focus on beginner - intermediate users (because we were all there once upon a time!)
- Answering the phone & helping customers with queries
- Restocking shelves
- Cash handling & EFTPOS transactions
- Sales of Vape Hardware and Liquids
Ā
Store Manager
- Ā Working at one of our Melbourne vape store locations in Dandenong or Nunawading
- Overseeing the running of the store.Ā
- Ensuring service levels are upheld.
- Helping Customers at all levels of Vaping.
- Sale of Vape Hardawre and Liquids.Ā
- Previous Retail / Retail Management experience
Ā Ā Ā Ā Customer Service / ReturnsĀ
- Answer customer service questions via email and social media.Ā
- Processing of returns
- Processing changes to internet orders.Ā
- Backing up Internet Order Team.
- Updating Product Descriptions on Website and Point of Sale
- Experience in Shopify would be an advantage.
