Starting this Saturday the 3rd of October 2020 we will be opening the shops on Saturdays again for the click and collect and even same-day delivery orders.

All of our vape shops across Melbourne offer same-day click and collect services for customers looking to purchase vape products! This is available from Monday to Friday (10:00 until 5:30) and Saturday 10:00 until 4:00). The process is super fast and your order can be collected within minutes from four of our Melbourne vape shop locations.

As of the end of business hours on the night of Wednesday the 5th of August 2020, Victorian retail businesses in the Melbourne metropolitan area are being instructed to shut down for a period of six weeks.

Our last day of in-store trading will be Wednesday the 5th, so customers will be able to purchase products in our shops until 6pm on that day.

From Thursday the 6th of August onwards we are switching to online orders only, with delivery to your homes via Australia Post.

We know all of you are in a very stressful situation right now so are currently working on other solutions for our customers. We are fully committed to ensuring you're all able to get the products that you need. Stay tuned and we'll announce more details as we figure this all out.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

- All hygiene policies are prioritised (staff & products).

- Online orders to continue with minimal disruption. Australia Post is seeing some delays so we are strongly recommending customer opt for the express shipping option.

• Orders above $100 get free express shipping
• Orders between $80 and $100 get free regular shipping and are eligible for an express upgrade at a cost of $4
• For orders below $80 express shipping will cost $9.50
